When completing a low-tech time study, you simply write down everything that you do throughout the day, for a week. Later, you can color-code the activities to give you a visual representation of the amount of time that you spend in various activities.
When completing a low-tech time study, you write down all of the activities that you perform throughout the day, for a week. Then, you categorize the activities to help you understand where most of your time is spent.  Some therapists like to color code the activities to produce a visual-representation of which activities occupy most of their daily/weekly time.
